Experience the vibrant world of street bands and carnival music in this joyful festival at the heart of Taunton.
Enjoy a full day of Dancing in the Streets with the amazing Kinetika Bloco, local bands, and talented young musicians. Expect everything from ancient horns and drum groups to street bands, folk fiddles, and solo singers.
Everyone can join in — with opportunities to create live art, sing, play, and dance. In addition to a main stage in the town centre, there will be music and workshops at the Museum of Somerset and Castle Green. You’ll also find plenty to eat and drink at the museum café and the wonderful Taunton Independent Market on Castle Green, which will feature even more music.
